Tommy
DiLallo started off his Martial Arts career at 8 years
of age. Obviously during this time it was more devoted to development
and discipline. During his grade school and high school years,
he moved from Go Ju, Tae Kwon Do to Wrestling. However there
was always a warriors spirit in him. He then enlisted into the
greatest fighting force on the earth, the United States Marine
Corps, just a single day after high school graduation.
In the United States Marine Corps and served proudly during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After his discharge from the Military Tommy went on a quest to find a true warriors art. The art of a martialist, not a martial artist.
First finding Wing Tzun and then during his Wing Tzun training Chief Instructor Di Lallo began training in various styles of combatives, along with Mixed Martial Arts including: Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Russian Martial Arts, Chinese San Da, KAPAP, American Combatives styles, Jiu Jitsu and Grappling, Atienza Kali, Inayan Eskrima, Floro Fighting Method, Latosa Escrima, Boxing, CKM, to name a few.
Tommy understands that there is NO PERFECT system out there for everyone. It is always up to the individual to find his/her path. No Instructor is the best, for there is always someone better, and somewhere, some place there are the real hidden treasures of Martial Arts and Self Defense. However through all this, one must not forget the most important thing and that is an aggressive attitude. As a lion, when it hunts, it does not think of blocking, defending, but pressing and destroying and eventually killing. Yes, ours is a more controlled mindeset, but a mindset that must be developed. One of if the individual pulls a knife you pull up in a tank. No rules, No fair fight, No mercy and sure as anything No Surrender.
Chief Instructor Tommy DiLallo has created a system so the individual can Master his/her own fighting style, not you adapting to someone elses. We do not fight the same fighter we did even when Bruce Lee was alive, the enemy is always changing, adapting - so must we. Bruce Lee understood what was sport and what was combat. Two people entering ANY ring and both walking out with a few bruises/bloody/broken nose is NOT combat. Combat is you step into a fight, the bad guy winds up in the hospital or dead. This is how we fight. Yes, you have to be somewhat a little more hardcore, but the alternative is me being the guy in the hospital or dead.
Chief Instructor Tommy DiLallo hold a number of certifications in a variety of Martial Arts, Self Defense, Executive Protection, Civil Service and Medical backgrounds. One must be well rounded to give the best to his/her students. The goal and desire of Chief Instructor Tommy DiLallo is to give individuals the tools to get out of their comfort zones, to give them not only fighting skills but life survival skills and a simple motto of: Be Ready For Anything and at Anytime.
Combat whether is be Street or a Military/LEO operations are violent and vicious and one must become worse than the enemy if he/she is to survive it.
Tommy will always consider himself a student since many systems have yet been explored, and to teach a CONCEPT art one must always be open to new ideas and methods.
